As a Service Engineer, you are the link between customer and technology. You will perform site surveys, prepare quotes and monitor the progress of projects within service & maintenance and water technology. You will support mechanics on technical issues and ensure efficient execution. In addition, you work closely with other teams to successfully complete projects. With your technical insight and communication skills you know how to advise customers well and supervise technicians effectively. No two days are the same: you combine technique, coordination and customer contact in one dynamic role.

What will you do?

  • Supervise and coordinate projects within service and maintenance, water technology and variable speed drives;
  • Record projects at customers’ sites;
  • Supervise the entire process from quotation to invoicing;
  • Monitor project schedules and quality requirements to ensure timely and successful deliveries;
  • Identify and resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks during project execution;
  • Be responsible for directing mechanics.

What do we ask of you?

  • A college working and thinking level and affinity for engineering;
  • You have experience in managing a team;
  • You have experience in the service environment;
  • You have full command of the Dutch language, basic command of English is desirable.
